Founder, Chief of Staff
Dr. Garcia is the Founder and Chief of Staff of Green Dog Veterinary Center.
Dr. Garcia graduated from Massey University in New Zealand with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, having a special interest in imaging, dentistry, and orofacial surgery. After completing an 18-month advanced imaging internship at the Veterinary Imaging Center of San Diego, he started a mobile practice which has grown into what is now known as the Green Dog Veterinary Center. Since then, he has been recognized as one of Los Angeles’s top veterinarians, performing over 5000 advanced dental procedures ranging from dental extractions, jaw fracture repairs, endodontic treatments, root canal therapy, and surgical oncology services. Dr. Garcia is currently completing a Master’s degree from the University of Luxembourg in Veterinary Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Garcia has a passion for preventative medicine and client education. He believes that preventing disease before it begins is the key to longevity and an elevated quality of life for pets, which is done by seeking the least invasive measures and educating clients of these measures.
